I ran a Galaxy V on RTTY in the late '60s. Ran about 25 watts output,
that is all you really need on RTTY. Worked fine for me. The original
Galaxy (WRL) power supply is a 'brute' so no problem there. Ran the V
mobile quite a bit, I tell you 300W SSB mobile was nothing to scoff at!
