There is a lot in the manual, and if there is some simpler trouble shooting
guide available.

What must all of the conditions be for the T/R relay to be in the receive
position???  I have been trouble shooting one that is in the transmit
position and I am not totally sure why, so just to be sure I have not
missed something, if any of you know what the conditions of each circuit
must be that controls the relay please let me know.
