[Boatanchors] Solar panel interference

Unlikely it is the panels, but rather the charger. Most are quite dirty. If
you neighbor would allow it you could try putting ferrites on all of the
external wires. A ham friend of mine who had a solar set up had to get rid
of the charging system that was part of the package and replace it with an
electrically quiet unit.
