To those still ambulatory, buy a set of used weights and work out with
them.  Start with tiny 2 lb hand weights and work up.  Do leg
exercises because you lift with your legs.  Get safety shoes, rubber
grip gloves and a lifting belt.  Put in a 1200 lb hoist (Harbor
Freight) in front of your bench.   You can use it to lift heavy gear
off the floor or off a dolly.  If it is still too much get a neighbor
to help.  Only reason I exercise is so I can move these beasts around.

William Perry Company in Louisville may have it.  Bill runs an ad in
the classifieds in the back of ER every month.  MIl. connectors are
his specialty.
