[Boatanchors] Parting out Bell & Howell (Heathkit) O-scope

I was given this but it turned out the power transformer was missing, and there's evidence inside that it got wet (which might have been a reason for transformer demise). Let me know if you're interested in any of the parts, chassis, etc.
