Nice try; I found your reading entertaining.  A lot of blah blah blah
that has been attempted before.  I guess I've been illegal for years;
other guys I know have been illegal for decades; we're all bad hams.
Stop before you do any more flawed legal research--save your time and
get on the air or build something.
