[Boatanchors] micamold caps

The bad one was supposed to be 100 pF and measured 2 pF. I didn't
bust that one open. The one I busted open as far as I know, was okay,
but it read "micamold" on it, and I mistakenly took that to mean it
was another paper dielectric cap, similar to a black beauty. I
replaced it and busted it open only to find mica, which led to this
discussion, because I was somehow led to believe "micamold" caps were
all paper i.e. faux mica.

Well, it turns out some are and some aren't, according to various
conditions, which of course I'll never be able to keep in my head
because I have so much other junk crammed up in there already (more
about that some time in the future). I'm wary of old micas anyway.
They can be fine until you make a 20 minute transmission, then they
say enough, I'm heading into retirement.
