QCWA Headquarters has almost every Callbook in their library.

Back then, you probably wouldn't show up in a quarterly Callbook
until maybe as much as six months after your license issuance.

My KN2GKK license (pitched out with other original stuff by mother
after I went into Air Force) was issued on 30 November 1953. I
first showed up (IIRC) in the Spring 1954 issue.

A local QCWA member MIGHT be able to request the info from HQ for you.
Knowing the approximate issue date will be helpful.
