[Boatanchors] Question about unusual AC power connector

Does anyone know what this AC power connector is called or how I can get one?
It has a center, round connector and two curved spades. 

This is the receptacle for the AC connector I need to find, or make a 120V AC power cable for my AM-6155 amplifier
(OLD time 2m VHF 400 watts!)
