This is a 1950s vintage six meter (50-54 MHz) vacuum based transmitter.  It is crystal controlled and uses a single 6146 beam power tube for the PA amplifier so it will put put about 40-50 Watts.   Comes with matching AC power supply.  At first glance it appears to be home-brew but is a commercially manufactured kit.  This one was either factory assembled or built by someone who knew what he was doing.  

These sets are quite rare and this one is a real beauty. I have listed this item "as-is for parts or repair" because I did not test it. It may or may not work.  It has been sitting around unused for many years so you should plan on replacing some components like capacitors and resistors if you want to use it.
