[Boatanchors] GLASS CERAMIC CAPS

I’m repairing a friend’s HW-9 which has suffered several blown components including a pair of very small glass ceramic caps of .1 and .01 mfd.  The Heath manual gives no detailed information on these which are used extensively in this radio.  I can’t find anything similar but assume that ceramic multi-layer caps can be substituted as long as they will fit.  Anyone have an idea what voltage rating these caps carry?  One would think that 50V would be adequate but...
