[Boatanchors] WE 407 and 408 tubes

It is so crazy what the audiofools will pay. But after I sold a couple
Black Beauty caps for $12 each, I had to tell my self about a fool and his
money. I figure I'm not taking food out of a baby's mouth so what the heck,
put them on Ebay and take an SO out for dinner.
