This is a true collectors item if ever there was!
1947 Micromatch SWR / Power Meter as described in QST Magazine for April 1947 Pages 15-20.

Measures SWR, Power Ratio (!)  and also Power - forward and reflected in Watts.

Can be used for several different transmission line impedances from 50 to 300 ohms!

There are two SO239 connectors for input / output and associated banana jack / binding posts.

It's hard to tell whether this unit is commercially produced (sure looks like it) or something home brew.
It may even be the exact unit that was built for the article.  In any event it comes with documentation.
