I wouldn't have a problem with that myself Frank, but the chances of
that happening are pretty much zero, unless there's a major emergency.
Nowadays any politician who voted for a draft would probably be
unelected in the next election.  I'm not even sure if Selective
Service is still around or if 18 year olds have to register.
