Well said Frank.

There is nothing wrong with the young, the inexperienced, the so 
called appliance operators, the users of solid state amplifiers, or 
the no code licenses. They are the future of amateur radio,

What we should be wary of is the complainers and name callers. 
Fortunately for the rest of us, very few of them actually get on the air.
