The manual says 3 ft. of "shielded cable". Since the xtal input of your
xmtr is high impedance, RG-58 or RG-59 should make no difference for that
short a run. The buffer output coils (L-3, L-4) should be peaked per the
manual because they resonate with the cable capacitance.
