For the Globe Scout 680, C-14 is listed at 12 mfd @ 700 volts.  Of course, this is going to be 2 capacitors in series as are the high voltage ones sold for the audio people.  It is just the fact that the capacitors are inside a single sleeve instead of being wired separately.  Using 2 capacitors will be considerably cheaper than purchasing those that are sold as a single capacitor but are actully 2 capacitors in series within the sleeve.

I did not remember there being a 650 V capacitor.
But, I did see some at that auction site.
