Pse check these recordings of QRM, '20ish sounding notes, etc on the 600 meter
coastal freqs from early 1970s.....comparatively high tech days over the early sigs
and equipment. Sounds like the AWA Bruce Kelley event on steroids. These sigs
were received in Europe. Numerous other recordings of coastal stations are at the
Maritime Radio Historical Society web site. Also, be aware, the MRHS is having
another Mini Night of Nights with activity concentrated on MF freqs of 426 and
500 kc. US and Canadian Amateur MF stations will also be active. Listen for KSM
on these and other HF coastal freqs. (See web page for freq list).

Its real neat to use the 'ear filters' and copy down some of the calls.
