[Boatanchors] Oddball 50 Kcs Homebrew Receiver

I just dunno if this is the DCS-500.  It uses a pair of 1400-1600 KC IF transformers in what I believe is the first IF stage.  I seem to recall the original owner telling me it was a DCS-500 though.  I wonder if I really pulled the DCS-500 down from the garage attic or if I pulled  something else down that I didn’t know I had.  Maybe the 500 is still sitting in the garage attic.  Sigh…  More to come.  My thanks for all of you who offered up advice.
