Just happened to drift by the computer.  I am working on an attenuator 
pad for a frequency reference to ensure I do not exceed the frequency 
synthesizer input limits.  Synthesizer output is 1.504GHz when 
programmed for center frequency output.  It has a programmable span of 
503MHz.

Any way, information on the AD584, read below.

In this multipage document there are specific instructions as to how to 
get 20V output.

Not sure how much higher individuals want to go.
