Be very very very careful about buying electrolytic caps via Ebay or any
other surplus route. Just search Goggle for the horror stories. One should
buy only from authorized distributors, in the US/CA places like Digikey,
Mouser, Newark, etc.

Another page not only shows inside a fake electrolytic and cheaper lower
quality part, but the part was used, it had been
salvaged from some old computer board.
