Hi Doug,

Some (many?) mail reflectors do not allow HTML or other razzle-dazzle in 
messages. Plain text only. File sizes expand dramatically with anything 
beyond plain text. Quite a few do not allow image (graphic) file either. 
If an image is included but the rest is plain text the text portion 
might come through with images removed and a tag containing those words 
in place of the picture.
