[Boatanchors] Dc Voltmeter Calibration

I have in my test equip 'stash' an Eppley Laboratory, Inc 'Standard Cell'
Cat. No. 100.  States internal resistance not over 500 ohms.
Marked voltage is -1.019320V-
Neat item.
