Glen,
They have been selling for $75 to $125 depending on condition. I think the
value will be increasing a bit with some renewed interest in the VLF area. A
restored one is easy to sell; the beat up one's with "potential" are not easy
to sell.
The gray panel 128A is what you see the most. Up into the 1960's & 70's,
if not later, the receiver was painted to match the light pale yellow style
ITT-Mackay gear and there was some clean-up of the dial. Those are hard
to find and probably worth $125 to 225, again depending on condition.
Every now and then one pops up which had spent its life in an enclosed cabinet
with shock mounts intact. Those, also rare, disappear fast and can sell for very
good prices.
Just my experience. YMMV.
