I have it through my library (which subscribes to everything). 

I read it.

The foam degrades to adipic acid, HOOC(CH2)4COOH, 
which reacts with the metals. They use Raman, Infrared, and 
X-Ray  spectroscopy to see both the acid itself and its
reaction products (i.e. various adipates.)  The X-ray stuff
provides images of specific elements and in some cases specific cpompounds.

This was a very high quality article. I'd have approved it if I had been a referee.
