Yep, the dial looks like it came from or copied or fabricated from a
capacitance/resistance bridge. City names added to the top. Upper right
corner of the dial (above the row of cities), it looks like the word
Japan. Beyond all that, what's the difference; it's a prop in a TV show
not a TV factual documentary.
