[Boatanchors] Power supply

[D C _Mac_ Macdonald]

My "guess" would be that this is the "bolt-on" 120 VAC power supply that was part of the AN/FRC-93 and AN/FRC-153 portable KWM-2A packages.  We had probably 40 or more of those packages when I was a maintenance officer in the 3rd Combat Communications Group.
