Looks like a nice piece of test equipment or a way to get to the high
bands and 6 m. when you only have a low frequency signal source.  It
cold probably also be used as a very stable PTO(VFO) if the output can
drive the grid of a tube like a 6AG7 in a ham CW rig.  You'd have a
driver for a transmitter final.  I'm surprised no one has bid on it
yet.   Looks like something Collins made for gov't.
