Well!

I finally have gotten a reply from the U.S. Support Office head of the 
support!

I am being sent a "NEW" replacement capacitor.

It is way past time that I got Support's attention!

This is a good step.

This way it will eliminate that from the problems of the FM section.

Frankly, it's a bit iffy on the AM section.  Extremely touchy!

We'll see how this pans out.
