[Boatanchors] USS Wisconsid BB64 - Falcon

I've always heard FACCON for Facilities Control. TTY patch panels, rcvr and
xmtr switchboards, coke machine (red audio switch), a few monitor
rcvrs (URR-74), etc. next to a small office/desk. And a status board
showing all the comm circuits status. FACCON essentially set up and
controlled all the radio comms circuits and equipment while the Message
Center processed the traffic over those circuits.
Maybe Wisconsin called it FALCON instead for some reason?
Cheers
Nick
