[Boatanchors] Broken Octal Keyway

Hi,

With this idea in mind I noticed that in some RF cages you cannot see 
the socket or the base of the tube. It has been difficult to get the 
tube in right and would be impossible to assure it is in right without 
that keyway. Lucky me..I haven't had to insert a keyless tube under 
those circumstances. I have inserted a few of them where I could *see*. 
Once it's in there the key has no function anyway.
