[Boatanchors] Multi Elmac AF67

On the PA end of the AF-67 I found the output variable capacitor was just too small to allow the radio to be properly loaded into 50 ohms on 160M.  
Added additional fixed  capacity and inductance in an outboard minibox to form a Pi-L network.  Works great!

Also, the audio driver xformers in these radios are prone to failure.  There’s a nifty phase inverter “fix" for this.  Circuit on request.
