Don Van Wagner K4LAJ also does these conversions, or he did... not 
exactly sure if he still does.  You can look him up on QRZ for his 
email address (I hesitate to give out people's email addresses 
without permission).  I have one of his converted SB-610 scopes here 
and it is excellent.  If I recall correctly, and this may not be 
exact, he got $350 or maybe $375 for SB-610 conversions, a bit less 
than that for conversions of the older HO-10 scope.  As I recall it, 
he was selling them as fast as he could convert them.
