[Boatanchors] Download help please...

Recently I asked about downloading from BAMA - I can't but apparently everyone else can.  I have been trying various things...no luck.
I tried a download using my wife's Mac...same problem.  NOW...the Mac is wifi'd, but my computer is cabled to the router...so I assume that rules out our wifi.  I have also had no problems downloading from work.  The problem is apparently on my side here at the house.  Are there settings in the router I should examine?  Isn't there a more or less standard URL to get to the router?
Any suggestions from you gurus out there would be appreciated.  I *really* miss BAMA.
I guess another call I need to make is to AT&T (my phone, tv and internet provider).
