Yes GOJO without pumice and then a toothbrush to scrub into the wrinkle plus roll of paper towels.  I use it all the time.  I used that technique to wipe years of nicotine off of a Collins wrinkle finished radio and afterwards it looked brand new.  The knobs were dull so I shined them up using Brasso and a rag.  I'm looking at the 75A4 right now and the knobs still shine like new.

An old friend of mine Rob WA9ZTY started the R&R BA paint business many years ago and he told me that WD-40 is good as it remoisturizes the paint.  I tried it and it works great.  I've known guys to give their old radios a quick splash of WD-40 before being set out at the hamfest,  as well as radios bought at the gamest,   20 second clean with WD-40, and set back out at a higher price….
