I don't see how UK has any jurisdiction over a W5 selling something on
eBay.  You might contact the RSGB and ARRL about this.
I'd like to also suggest you append a name and callsign to your emails
because not all email clients display the "from" line in emails.  Some
of us (me usually) do not respond to unsigned emails.
