Hi Gang:

I have a winged emblem KWM-2A, serial number 12214 in a Heathkit cabinet (?) for
sale. The front panel is very nice cosmetically.  

The PTO is a bit tight but it has been in storage for many years. 

This radio does have the plug-in relays but not the air variable neutralizing
capacitor found in later models.  This would be done to allow 6146Bs to be used
in the PA circuit.  As it is 6146 and 6146As work with this radio and neutralize
just fine.   The kit to upgrade the neutralizing circuit is available on ePay
for reasonably short money.  

There are two non-original knobs (the common ones) that need to be replaced.
 The Nylon mounting pillars for the control are missing and the angle plate is
attached to C106 with a tie-wrap.  Otherwise the radio appears to be all
orIginal with no mods or hacks.  All in all this looks like a fairly easy
restoration.  

This item is being offered "as-is, untested" because I do not have a power
supply for it.
