[Boatanchors] Tried BAMA lately?

WHOA...
If I right click and save as...appears to work...BUT...downloaded file is real small and corrupted...cannot be read.
Sounds like I have some troubleshooting to do...
(FWIW I have been downloading manuals for several years...no problems before)

I have attempted a couple of BAMA downloads over the last 2 days and get a "...download limit..." kind of message.
Is it just me?
