Hi Mike,

It looks like you got no answers about this...  from memory, they are black screws (japanned" 
as some might say) - and they have flat heads and they fit the threads in the panel.

You can probably find them at your local electronics military surplus store with no problem.

If you don't have one, let some of us know that DO have one, and maybe wee can look for 
you. Size and quantity please.
