'Eutectic' also means that it goes directly from liquid to solid as it cools, with no 
intermediate 'plastic' state.

It is also the lowest possible melting point for a Tin-Lead solder.

'Silver Bearing', (NOT 'Silver') Solder subs 2% Silver in place of 1% each of the Tin and Lead, 
which prevents the Silver from surface mount parts that have silver sputtering on the contacts 
from leaching into the Lead.  Early on there were lots of failures with 63/37 where the silver 
leached out, breaking the electrical contact.
