[Boatanchors] NC-183D manual

Dave:
There were two versions of the NC-183D manual. One using a 6SN7 as a
Phase Inverter and one using a 6J5 as a Phase Inverter so parts list,
schematic, tube voltage chart and several other pages are different
depending on which tube is used.
