Call up MFJ.  Actually before you call, look at their Cantenna clone
on-line and see if it is still sold by them with oil.  They used to
ship it with the oil as an option.  If they still do, then there is a
way to do it.  Ask them how.  Probably UPS takes it if it is in a
sealed plastic container like the plastic jugs motor oil is sold in.
 I think MFJ puts the oil jugs inside the cantenna paint can and
shrink wraps the whole thing.
