Thanks for the web page report and soapbox. It was a lot of fun to
read. I liked the photos and the OO notice and scans of letters
received. Thanks for the work in organizing it and tallying the
results and posting them.
I think I worked one guy with my T50 but I don't think he was
participating in the NRR. I spent a lot of time a year or two ago
getting the clicks out of the T50 and carefully modifying the cathode
keying to provide a nice shape to the keying envelope. Using a fixed
up TO keyer and WRL755 VFO the rig is indistinguishable on the air
from a modern rig. I'm running it with a 122 VFO now and that one has
a bit of drift hi hi.
