Gang,
In the flurry of emails surrounding my release of the 1921 RCA catalog,
Stan Adams ask if I could get pictures of RCA Camden, seeing as I live
in New Jersey (albeit at the opposite corner of the state.) Well, all
but a small fragment of that complex is gone, but it does bring up a
project that I started a while back.
There's a lot of radio history in NJ, and surrounding states. I'd
visited some of the sites along the Jersey Shore, and had contemplated
writing an automobile rally (shades of misspent youth) to guide folks to
the locations. That proved impractical, so the result is an even better
virtual "tour" using Google Earth.
The problem here was the almost total unsophistication of the members of
my antique radio club (most of us _are_ antiques) when it comes to
computer matters. Perhaps the members of this erudite group can get
Google Earth running on their machines, and enjoy taking look around.

Let me know how you make out. Feel to nominate additional places that
you know about.
Enjoy,
Al
