Richard -

OK...  I cheated, I just looked in the Table of Contents.  The earliest I have in the 30's is 
Jan 1935 and Scratchi is in there.  I checked several other years and it is there as well, near 
the back of the magazine.  Not listed in the TOC though. It is NOT in the single 1930 issue I 
have, or any earlier ones.
