[Boatanchors] 1931 CQ Magazine

          Its interesting that the banner has a motto similar to QST but 
for "commercial operators".  Maybe a bit of a dig to amateures.   The 
later CQ Magazine was formerly called Radio Magazine, a west coast 
publication.   The same publisher also published Audio, later Audio 
Engineering magazine.
        BTW, does anyone know who wrote "Scratchi"?    This politically 
incorrect but sometimes funny column appeared in "Radio" before its 
transformation to "CQ" where it was continued for several years.
