Have you done a complete alignment according to the book? If not
it may bring up the power.
In TUNE or SSB the ALC limits the maximum power output to about
130 watts on any band. If you tune up in CW the ALC is disabled so the
power output is more nearly what the finals are capable of. It should
be around 150 to 160 watts on 80, and 40 and maybe 20 and somewhat less
on the higher bands.
