[Boatanchors] Amp Sweep Tubes

I see listing for the 6JE6 given as 6JE6/6MJ6/6LQ6.  I gather they have 
the same or similar specs.  Are they interchangeable to the point where 
they could be mixed in an amp..  I have an old SBE LA-1 that uses 6 - 
6JE6's.  I am going to start using it with my SBE-33 and have no idea of 
the condition of the tubes.  I may need replacements.
