[Boatanchors] IC-2330 modification for 2m repeater use

   I am not an Icom man, but I would study the Icom website and Icon 
literature for a "look a like" radio made for a non Japanese market and 
download it's service manual and see if it is indeed the same basic 
radio and see what is missing in your radio.
