John, you are close to being correct. Only thing wrong is that. If the 
item is damaged in transit. It is the person that sold and shipped the 
radio responsibility to get the shipping company to pay off on the 
insurance. The buyer can't do anything.

One way to get around all the headaches of shipping is to take the item 
to a shipping store, and have the buyer work with them on the shipping. 
This leaves the seller total out of the shipping picture. The seller 
just drops it off at the shipping store and walks away. I've done this 
many times..
